No, unfortunately we have no facilities for this however there are left luggage facilities at the major railway and bus stations in Budapest.

For buying Hash Beer, for printing T – shirts etc, to reimburse the Hares for trail expenses, and for the maintenance of the website and social media sites.

No, all Hashers attending on that day pay the run fee however the first run is free (if you have never hashed before) and the Hares who lay the trail don’t have to pay. 

No, as the Hares alone choose the location, however if you are the Hare, then you CAN choose your own location.

No, each hasher pays their own way and settles their own bill.

A Hash a long distance from Budapest, for instance at Lake Balaton, and where Hashers often stay overnight.

An annual Budapest Hash canoeing event on the Danube every summer.

We have a Mismanagement Committee and all positions are open to be contested by any member at the annual Budapest Hash election.

Yes, visitors are welcome to our runs and to our social events, especially if they are members of another Hash.

Yes, we have various items such as T shirts, caps and badges.

Yes, and some members do, but you will have to be wholly responsible for your pet’s safety and welfare, and your pet should already be trained not to harass other hashers, passers-by, etc. You will need a leash and a muzzle (required on public transport) and we suggest a bowl and some water in hot weather.

Yes, but please consider that some trails might not be suitable or safe for very young children, and that they should be able to walk at least 10Km.

Yes, we always run-on Sundays as this is the day most people are not at work.

A meeting in a pub or bar, but not a run. We like to use the Ganz pub in Ganz utca in Buda or the B – Terv bar in Kertesz utca in Pest.
